Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellations
COD orders can be cancelled free of charge before the restaurant has accepted them. Once a restaurant accepts and starts preparing your order, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. Since no payment has been collected yet, no refund is needed.
2. Customer Cancellations
You may cancel an order within the first few minutes from your "Orders" page, provided the restaurant has not started preparation. After preparation begins, cancellation is no longer available.
3. Restaurant Cancellations
If a restaurant cancels your order (item unavailable, kitchen overloaded, closing time), you'll be notified instantly. For COD, you owe nothing. For prepaid orders, a full refund is initiated automatically.
4. Refund Process (Online Payments — Coming Soon)
When online payments are enabled, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.
5. Issues with Your Order
If your food arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly delayed, contact support within 24 hours and we'll investigate. Verified issues may receive a partial or full refund or a coupon for a future order.
