1. Customer Responsibilities

- Provide accurate delivery address and contact information.
- Be available to receive the order at the time of delivery.
- Pay the full order amount, including any taxes and delivery charges.
- Treat delivery partners and restaurant staff with respect.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our services, Bhooky may collect necessary information including:
- Name
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- Location data
- Device information
- Order information
This information is used only for:
- Processing orders
- Delivery services
- Customer support
- Account management
- Service improvements
- Security and fraud prevention
Customer location is used solely for delivery and service functionality.
3. Communications
By using Bhooky, you agree to receive service-related communications regarding your orders and account activity. Bhooky may contact you through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or in-app notifications.
4. Restaurant Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate menu, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare food hygienically and on time.
- Honor accepted orders and notify Bhooky promptly of any issues.
- Comply with all applicable food safety laws.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Orders are confirmed once the restaurant accepts them in the system. Bhooky or the restaurant may cancel an order due to unavailability, incorrect address, or suspected fraud.
6. Platform Usage Rules
- No misuse of the platform (fake orders, abusive behavior, chargeback fraud).
- One account per user. Sharing of accounts is not permitted.
- Bhooky reserves the right to suspend any account violating these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bhooky acts as a marketplace connecting customers with restaurants and delivery partners. We are not liable for food quality issues caused by restaurants but will assist in resolving legitimate complaints.
